Very busy no down turn insight. Good coworkers, supervisors are great if you work hard for your job you will do great

Not many. One would be so far from Erie or Pittsburgh but that not to be held against the company

Salary is a above average in a customer service setting. $12-$16/hr.

Cons

Managers there collect a paycheck without doing much else. They don't train there new hires but they expect them to know every aspect of their job and in as little as 3 weeks! I would avoid this company if at all possible. Their on time deliveries were never on time and when the customer wanted a status update they kept blaming their other company in Mexico for their delivery delays.
