Good company to intern for, depending on your department you will be challenged. I work/worked in quality and was treated like a full time employee.

Cons

Not much direction from management. There is a ton of entitlement among several of full timers. Work can get repetitive.

Pros

Excellent co-workers have no issues with anyone working there everyone is very pleasant to work with. That statement doesn't apply to the people with doors.

Cons

Every department is extremely lean just to keep labor cost down. Work load is very high and very inefficient.The division is run on a 20 year old paper system that every ones desk (except the GM) is loaded with a ton of paper work. Everything is about logging orders into the books without having taking anything into account. Turn over rate is very high, I've only worked there short time and 10 people have quit . People feel undervalued, disrespected, and over worked. Sales team is uneducated, and very very disrespectful because they only care about their commission and will go to lengths to get what they need.
