      Good benefits. Good coworkers. Fun to be downtown Minneapolis.

      Cons

      Pay is less than average. Lots of turnover. No annual merit increases. Poor management. Company is behind when compared to competitors. Amplifon doesn’t promote from within the organization, therefore losing staff often.

      Everyone on the team was friendly, welcoming and professional. Management is honest and ethical. The business provides lots of opportunities to contribute to the community as well as have a little fun in the office. Goals and objectives for growth are routinely tracked and discussed so that everyone is on the same page. Lots of opportunity for career growth as well.

      It's a great place to work.
