      At corporate thete are many opportunities to change roles and to go to other countries with a continous growth yoi can see many new orijects implemented.

      Cons

      Sytems are old and nit eficcient at all, its still need to be organised better to be a big international company. Exoectationa of working hours is absurd, to do 1hr of extra everyday is a must basically (not paid)

      Pros

      Diversity and inclusion seem to be given a priority as many of my colleagues are from different countries. Pay and commission schemes are excellent when compared to competitors in this industry. Smart working gives me the flexibility to work from home for a few days without having to stress over the commute. Being a Global company, the wealth of resources from all other countries is amazing. I was quite surprised about how supportive the colleagues overseas are. Company values are something one can relate to on a very personal level and seeing people resonate and amplify the message is inspiring! A couple of socials in the first 2 weeks into the job is my personal favourite.

      Cons

      The company intranet is very basic and does not serve the purpose of keeping people in the UK connected virtually. Too many good things but not the deserving awareness in the general public, the company needs to work on promoting the brand.
