-CSOs expected to act as salespeople. -Daily pressure to bring in customers. -Greetlining leads to verbal abuse. -Clinicians get rewarded, CSOs ignored. -Very low pay for expectations set. -Unfair blame for empty schedules. -Constant pressure, little recognition given.
