Cons
Real shame having to write such a poor review. I used to love being employed for this company. Until the system and bonus scene was changed. Bonus’s are made on calls. New system constantly has issues, doesn’t record your calls properly, and NOBODY wants to take accountability for it. You start with the company believing that everybody is treated fairly, and as a team. However, you slowly learn that Amplifon’s idea of team work is bending over backwards for the audiologists, whilst making it too easy to sit back and not do anything. As an ‘SCA’ you aren’t just there to takes calls and see to clients. You pretty much end up running the store, constantly apologising to clients for the audiologist poor time keeping. My audiologist doesn’t even need to process returns or repairs on the system now, just plonks it on your desk and asks you to deal with it. In the meantime, head office want to know why you’re not completing your calls quick enough??? And the company do not employ cleaners. That falls on the clinic. However, that means that along as the SCA is seen to be keeping the store clean, the audiologists floor and sides can be filthy and area managers don’t even bat an eye lid.
