      Pros

      Relaxed office environment and caring leadership team. The company provides good development and career growth opportunities.

      The offices are a little older, but they make up for it with amazing people and fun company events.

      Pros

      Amplifon was the best company that I have ever worked for. The experience and professionalism of the Executive Team is unmatched. Amplifon Americas understands the need for work-life balance and that each employee defines that differently. They do their best to always accommodate the needs to their employees, when those needs are reasonable.

      Cons

      The size of the company in the US prohibits up word growth in some departments. However, they company does an amazing job of finding other methods to grow their employees (i.e. further education, training or mentor programs).
