Its a service based company so you get to interact with the cosumer directly . Amplifon deals with different brands of hearing aids so exposure to audiologist to different brands of hearing aids.

Cons

Despite performing year on year not much recognition given. Scope of promotion of internal employees is very less, they prefer hiring people from outside the organization on higher pay and not ready to increase salaries of permorming employees
