Looks good in your CV to work in the biggest hearing aid retailer worldwide, sort from it nothing.

Cons

Very poor management and communication. Amplifon aims to be the best hearing care provider in the UK - how can they dare to say that if they don't care about their employees and customers?!? Huge pressure to sell at all costs that it's increasing every month! Commissions scheme was changed and they set unrealisticc targets that make it impossible to make any extra money - just another gimmick to save money! Total lack of transparency with employees and some really arrogant people in the HR department.

The only pro for this company is the fact they used to look after their staff really well and were rewarded for their hard work.

Cons

Staff are no longer rewarded for their hard work. Staff are demotivated and unhappy due to the massive and unfair reduction in pay through their new ‘total reward (non existent) scheme’
