Company culture is nonexistent which leads to a dull environment. No recognition on achievements. Some of the managers need to be trained as they lack basic empathy, understanding and discipline on how to treat an employee. Micromanagement contributed to the toxic work culture. Amplifon did not create an environment where an employee felt safe and respected, bad behaviour was tolerated according to the tenure of the employee.
