Pros

Having left my previous job where I'd work for 12 years, jumping into a new company and new role was daunting. However, I have thoroughly enjoyed every minute of my career with Amplifon, especially being recognised for a promotion very early on. My management team are keen to distribute praise where it is earned and the company really do take on board any feedback its employees have. It is rare that you find a company that wants to reward its employees so freely and the team I am lucky to be a part of are a pleasure to work with.
