some colleagues are nice but as they are all under immense financial and mental pressure from not being paid because of how the targets are manipulated they are all getting visibly ill, which is a shame.

Cons

Ridiculous pressure. Unachievable targets developed in fantasy land. Poor pay. Bullying and gaslighting from management. Negativity. Lack of communication. Toxic environment and toxic management figures. Mental breakdowns commonplace. Staff not being paid even when they actually do really well and make the company a lot of profit.
