The company has embraced the hybrid working method with the pandemic. The marketing team has the opportunity to learn and grow with the leadership in place and has the opportunity to own their projects.

Cons

Some of the business units have a better team culture than other teams. The company is very siloed and the development opportunities are limited to the favorites within the department. Prior to the pandemic - the remote team was often ignored or not included in company events.
