      Leadership rules with fear and pits employees against one another and subsequently, it's every man for himself.

      Pros

      The training process is amazing. I was nervous starting my position since i had never worked that role before. The team was very helpful when i had questions. Management is also there to answer any questions you might have and they're a great support system to team members that want to explore other departments within the organization.

      Cons

      Turnover rate is kind of high in some departments.

      Pros

      Flexibility and friendships. Nice and modern work environment.

      Cons

      No career progress at all, great job if you want to be paid for doing very little. Gets very boring if you don’t make friendships to help time pass by.
