Pros

You get paid every 2 weeks. Nice counterparts. Glad I got out of there.

Cons

If I had a penny or played a drinking game for everytime I had to hear about the board and how it looks at Salesforce, I’d either be rich or in liver failure. There was nothing fun nor enjoyable about this place. They didn’t even pretend - it was all about the board - nothing else.

Pros

Remote role. If you're on a great contract with great people, that's to your benefit. This will vary since people come and go due to the contracting world. Luckily, there's been a change in leadership on the aesthetics contract in 2026 due to an amazing new director which has resulted in a significant positive impact on the culture compared to in the year's past.

Cons

Contract role, therefore you don't get full benefits of the company you're contracting for. Also, on the aesthetics contract, they cut a lot of reps. Increasing the number of accounts per reps left. As a result, they significantly increased quota based on an illogical reasoning that they think "reps have more accounts". Long story short, reps are getting paid a significant amount less of their bonus despite selling significantly more in dollar revenue overall simply because their "quota percentage" seems lower based on an unfair increase of essentially 2 reps' worth of workload for the reps left. Just because reps have more accounts, they still have to do double the workload to create proposals, resolve logistics issues, manage accounts, etc. which takes time. Based on the recent change, it's not reasonable.
