      It's a job. That's it.

      Cons

      No leadership. Piece rate prices are a joke. No chance for advancement unless you're terrible at your job or are good friends with another manager.... Did I mention lack of leadership?

      Good place to work with a fast paced environment. You get to handle brand new cars most of the time and see them first when they are newly released
