Pros

It was really the folks at BMW that made it good, Amports just used their facility. The shops were state of the art, tools and equipment were first class and provided by BMW. Amports did provide good safety training but the overtime was mandatory and not negotiable even though when hired I was told that the overtime would be 'ocassional'.

Cons

They wouldn't hire any extra people to mitigate the overtime. Some of the temps that they did hire were very young and inexperienced and instead of giving them some training would be let go for damaging expensive parts.
