      Work/life balance and some great people/co-workers.

      Cons

      Face time, not work product, was valued by manager. Gender preference painfully evident. Below market pay.

      Good vacation/sick days/floater package, small team environment, not just a robot in a sea of millions. Direct communication with the customers.

      Cons

      Tuff place to be a "manager", out dated computer software, politics, new faces in certain departments affecting the company in a negative fashion.
