      Pros

      Very transparent of what their requirements are and what they are looking for. Career website is easliy navigated

      Cons

      HR reps are standoffish. Many of their entry level position do not require a college degree. Are seen as a premier employer in the Duluth MN area and act like they don't need you.

      Pay is competitive for the area, incentives/benefits seemed good and job is very secure. Many employees have worked at AMSOIL, Inc. for 10 years or more. The people are friendly and supportive

      Cons

      The culture can be boring, stiff/strict and inflexible.
