Pros
Great coworkers, supervisors listen to your input, benefits are good, Never having a problem paying overtime if it's busy and they need you to work longer, company does a lot of good for the community and have great values.
Cons
Not a enough time to get off the phones to take a break (You get two 15 minute breaks and an hour or half hour depending on how busy it is). Call volumes can be a bit high along with extra work they have you doing. Added an up-selling requirement to the position. Not many other positions to move into very often.
