Great Start in Fuel Industry

Pros

At this location, not horribly busy most of the year. Great experience, and most of the MGT is pretty good. Benefits are good.

Cons

You have to fight for every crumb of pay increase, experience and advancement, work life balance is not a factor, MGT gets bonuses off the work of the Inspectors, while the Inspectors get nothing.

Great place to get your foot in the door for this industry. Lots of room to grow. Training is provided and can be effective as long as you are driven and eager to understand and learn.

Cons

Home/work balance could be better and raises can be hard to come by. They are set on trying to pay you the lowest amount possible and expect you to devote a lot of your time to the job.
