      Pros

      Best pay in the area, free travel (if you like the train), Union Support - most important!

      Cons

      Remembering 500 policies, and 20+ points to cover during a call. Kind of like "We'll, you DID just sell a $5,000 reservation, BUT... you didn't use the customer's last name during the call, so we have to mark you down for it." Company seems more interested in APPEARING professional than getting the job done.

      Flexibility. Good balance between work and family. Good benefits. These include education reimbursement, health and dental insurance, holidays, sick and paid vacation and medical leave days Pension plan

      Too much bureaucracy specially at the high ranks Technology obsolescence in many areas of the organization High dependency on external contractors do impact innovation

      Pros

      Hourly pay is decent, otherwise I wouldn't still be working here. You get to travel and see things you normally wouldn't. Employees travel free, mostly, however if ur not married, anyone who travels with pays FULL fare.

      Cons

      No personal life, always on the rails, deal with the public (which is bad in It's self), stuck, feels like ur a prisoner, everyone dies BEFORE retirement! I wouldn't recommend this job to my worst enemy..
