Pros

Great place to work. Plenty of hours, flexible shifts, great staff, independent work! Come in work leave. 15 mins early or late grace time.

Cons

Training is serious! Cannot be 1 min late first 30 days or your out. And your allowed 2 lateness after 30 during your 90 days

Pros

Operations leadership was excellent and wanted to partner with HR and TA; Most employees and managers were very helpful and considerate; leadership was always coming up with new ways to improve service, streamline processes, and save money

Cons

Senior HR Leadership seemed to focus on pet projects, checking the boxes of initiatives. Spend little time coming out to the field to see how things really worked. Expectations in HR were sometimes unrealistic.
