      If you're an internal you ride the train for free.

      Everyone seems to be doing their own thing and there is big communication barrier.

      Pros

      I actually stop working for the company 2009,but my experience as far as working their was always an excellent one. It was a clean cut professional experience with a lot of exciting perks just being with the company.

      Cons

      I guess one of the con would be the competitiveness from the talent within to make it to the top.

      Hourly pay , job flexibility, union , job stability, retirement

      Cons

      Seniority rules everything, hours can be crazy , must be able to work whenever and get forced holidays weekends and graveyard .
