      Large company with many opportunities to learn new functions, roles etc. Pay well for the area with above average bonus and profit sharing Focus on development of employees Give back to community Global reach - work with people from all over the world

      Cons

      Consensus culture leads to difficulty in decision making; it's a challenge to have direct, difficult conversations. So large that it takes a long time to get things done (lots of red tape)

      Marketing skills and product services is to assist communities local and globally. How to shop online is to get what you need and help others get their needs met in a simple, proficient way. Most people like the legacy items for the home and other products that have to do with securing your psychical health. All for a reasonable price that fits individual budgets. Try it you may like Amway Global.

      Cons

      Education is the key to great success in everyday walks of life. Online education is 30% at advantaged over traditional classrooms today. They teach you how to be a great marketers, educator and a trainer of whatever moves you into the workforce in society. The 21 Century mark on knowledge and learning has took a turn for the better in classroom instruction on observation and grasping information.

      Excellent compensation, high local standard of living. Good budgets in general. Slightly above average benefits. Free coffee. Easy commute. Good travel policy

      Cons

      Poor governance. Limited ability to create alignment across divisions or regions. Dated business model. Generally not very open to new ideas. Lots of redundancy across the world
