Very bad succession planning. No career development planning. Very very heirarchial company. Lots of politics internally. Strategy exists but no compliance. They really need to promote employees more rigourously. HR need to step up. Talent Management sucks. Poor Talent recruitment practices. Carreer development is nill or void. Learning management is just a bone thrown at employees. No real development exist. No talent management no succession planning practices & only exist for execs.

This is a relationship-driven company through-and-through. That's their business model on the outside and the same on the inside. Most commonly used metric: "How happy are the IBO leaders?". In other words; are we giving them what they want? Frustrating to any college-educated employee who was schooled in having to demonstrate business metrics, at least so it is in North America. Which in of itself lends to the credibility issues and unbalance in IBO leader treatment (including financial rewards). To work in this environment, you must be willing to take your marching orders and not disagree or challenge your upline/manager. Keep your mouth shut...and you'll do just fine and earn a very nice income.
