Wonderful company with some of the best values I have ever seen. Experts from some of the best CPGs in the world and incredible opportunities to work on big global projects. Awesome pay and benefits (except vacation for newcomers).

Cons

Development philosophy has been to hire externally for technical skill and previous experience vs. internally for potential and critical experiences.
