Extremely competitive salary and employee "rewards" (read: parties, lunches, free products, etc.). Privately held...so not as accountable to shareholders...but this is double-edged; for the C-suite changes direction frequently; such that frontline employees joke about the "direction" du-jour. To see the smiles and hopeful looks on distributor faces alone can be rewarding if you're willing to brave the cons listed below.

Cons

This is a relationship-driven company through-and-through. That's their business model on the outside and the same on the inside. Most commonly used metric: "How happy are the IBO leaders?". In other words; are we giving them what they want? Frustrating to any college-educated employee who was schooled in having to demonstrate business metrics, at least so it is in North America. Which in of itself lends to the credibility issues and unbalance in IBO leader treatment (including financial rewards). To work in this environment, you must be willing to take your marching orders and not disagree or challenge your upline/manager. Keep your mouth shut...and you'll do just fine and earn a very nice income.
