Stability - your job is safe even on a risky market like Russia. Salaries are revised every year, even though not always enough to cover the inflation rate. Company is family-oriented, there are many very well organized family events.

Cons

Absence of career development plans. Decisions on promotions are taken subjectively. Not enough internal promotions. Useless trainings on leadership that just waste your time by repeating the facts you know and skills you already possess.
