Great culture and values demonstrated and lived by most within the organisation. Solid, ethical and authentic leadership by Doug and Steve, and the rest of their executive team. Clear vision for the future and steady progress in moving the organisation towards a secure future and leading the direct selling 'industry'.

Cons

Lots of travel for some that requires long absences from home.
