Upper management seems to have lost touch with the company's values, history, mission and culture.

If a worse Human Resources group exists, I hope never to encounter them. These people are convinced they run the company. To an extent, that’s upper management’s fault for failing to check this out-of-hand department. The CEO is a bright and personable guy, but I cannot approve of anyone who lets one department run wild like this. They were not content to spearhead multiple rounds of layoffs or to tell other divisions how to do their jobs. They condescend to everyone they meet with, and operate with an air of arrogance and superiority. They have made this place borderline intolerable, and it’s a shame.
