      Above market compensation and 401k contributions, on-site gym, relaxed dress code, and generous severance package (which came in handy of late)

      Cons

      Year over year erosion of generous benefits, limited opportunity for advancement, increasingly stressful environment, employees worrying about their future with those surviving cuts becoming less motivated and proud of their company

      Not many pros working for amway. they are constantly taking away from employees to feed the pockets of the greedy owners.

      Cons

      The association with Betsy Devos. What an idiot. Couple that with the pyramid scheme, and it really is not a good career move to work for Amway.
