      Pros

      From the beginning, AmWins was one of the best companies I had worked for. My management was great, the job was great, salary/benefits, the company...all outstanding. The CEO, Mr. DeCarlo, is wonderful. If it had not been for one person, I would have loved to stay there for many years to come.

      Cons

      Around 2008 - an upper level manager was hired which created some issues (even stretches of the truth/lies).

      Loved the work, Job was interesting. Good colleagues.

      Management: enjoy bullying and harrasing their employees. Then wonder why people leave.

      Good benefits, some great people in the office; somewhat flexible working hours. Training offered for support staff.

      Cons

      Strong distinction between "revenue producing" staff and support staff. Overtime and going "above and beyond" not acknowledged verbally or rewarded financially.
