Generally not expected to work late, and fairly flexible
Cons
Incredibly low pay for technical work which often requires a good level of understanding/experience. In my opinion management sometimes agree something with you verbally and then when brought up at a later date supposedly don’t remember, leaving you confused about the situation. Many bureaucratic hoops to jump through for promotion.
