      Pros

      Great culture with lots of groups & forums to help maintain & improve inclusive culture. Good support in learning & development. Lots of opportunity for progression. Really good benefits

      Cons

      There is sometimes a bit of a disconnect between Cheltenham & the London office, with some new benefits not being accessible to Cheltenham. For example the electric vehicle scheme which has a high salary requirement which most employees in Cheltenham don't meet.

      Pros

      I like how it’s a flat hierarchy in terms of where senior management sit. Always say hello and welcoming. Company culture is quite relaxed. Pay/Bonuses are good.

      Cons

      Team in particular are very traditional based- often requested to do 5 days.

      - Relaxed environment to enter into the corporate landscape. - people are good, despite the high churn. - good way to develop your own knowledge and skill.

      Cons

      - limited progression - feels very removed from the business and this is reflected with the relationship with the primary London office.
