The benefits aren’t good enough to cover poor pay

Pros

This company has some real growth potential. Leadership in some departments is smart and in touch with their teams. The company truly believes in their product. Benefits are solid and it is an overall good company to get on your resume if your looking to pursue consumer goods. Family oriented and the let you bring your dogs in within reason. Environment of the office is relaxed, and collaborative within some departments, while others are more siloed.

Cons

The pay is horrible, most if not all roles that are not leadership are paid far less than market value. The company believes that the benefits it provides compensates well enough for this but it doesn’t. There is also a large lag between getting someone hired and them actually starting in the role making it even more challenging to backfill roles.

Cons

High turnover, only 8 paid holidays a year, while most companies give you 10.

Great work environment! It is hard to find a job you don't dread to going , but this is one of them. Excellent health care and Amy's truly cares about their employee's.

Cons

None! It really is a great company.
