Pros

-Kitchen work is varied, you are never bored, work hard and fast.

Cons

Long hours from 3 am to 1:30 pm. The bias in the Medford plant is against anyone not Mexican or hispanic. It is strong and clear- the white guys work in Sanitation, women do the pizza but if you want a kitchen job and you are caucasian- forget about it ! No supervisory directions in english here. They got one or two token white guys there and that's the max. ACLU anyone?

Pros

Some great people there. Great products.

Cons

Actions differ from stated company values. Transparency is lacking. Let's long-term employees go too close to retirement. Smaller business with corporate business problems.

Pros

The benefits and CGA bonuses are fair

Cons

Nobody really cares. Everyone is there to save their butt. You can't really rely on individual performance appreciation. You might do your best, but 1 slip-up and you will be heavily punished. They just laid off several employees this year without consideration. .
