Pros

Great products that you feel proud to help create, very nice owners, good benefits, will provide all supplies necessary for tasks if requested, fun celebratory events, good safety training, fun atmosphere/environment, genuine care towards product from most, company has a lot of integrity (not money motivated), gives out free products, family friendly environment, onsite medical clinic, good monitoring of work done to assure that persons are safe, good security team, good career opportunities, willing to send employees to add certificates/licences to their resume, encourages education, compliant with regulations, well prepared for inspections which gives employees satisfaction in a job well done, incentivizes safe work practices, tries hard to collect employee feedback from all persons

Cons

Poor HR department, annual reviews are poorly done, financial incentives are lacking, hires persons lacking expertise, significant nepotism, passive aggressive political views from management, disorganized employee training, mild misandry and misogyny, complacency from friends of owners, unprofessional work practices, high level positions lack expertise, fails to implement workplace with no hierarchical standing as advertised, blatant fraternization (I believe there's no policy against fraternization), workplace handles disputes poorly, workplace incentivizes getting persons in trouble, punishes persons for honest mistakes, little incentive to be dependable employee and have strong attendance record, lack of transparency, untrained upper level employees
