Pros

Amy's team members are laid back and approachable. I can honestly say that I felt welcome the day I started working here. In our new world of ways of working, remote, I had my concerns about starting as a remote employee and training on new systems via Teams. Piece of cake with the Amy's team. I realized quickly that my team had my back and I had nothing to worry about. I know I have made the right career choice in joining Amy's. The people are kind, humble, and truly care. There are lots of challenges and hopefully I can contribute and help Amy's grow.

Cons

Long travel day to see my team face to face, but worth it.
