Business Outlook

Pros

Generally relaxed environment and very emotionally supportive of employees. Difficult or disruptive personalities are generally not tolerated. Workloads in most positions seem manageable. The vast majority of employees are in most cases very respectful towards one another. Decent benefits for a single working individual.

Cons

Expect lower pay than comparable positions elsewhere. Promotion from within is possible, but only to a point as the upper management is reserved for the owner's inner circle of friends and family. The obsessiveness in which senior management hails a vegetarian lifestyle can feel suffocating to outsiders. Family benefits are expensive to the point that they are unaffordable.
