Pros

Great Benefits if you have serious medical conditions and need the coverage, but you will sell your soul to get it.

Cons

Does not follow it's only rules and policies. Favoritism and Nepotism on a scale I have never seen before are alive and well. Incompetent, belligerent, and grossly negatively people are allowed to work in high level positions in this company - committing dozens of acts that would get them fired for just one or two anywhere else. Middle and Upper management is full of huge egos - some of which actually brag about how they don't do anything and just delegate all of the work to their employees. There are a few golden nuggets that got duped by all the lies during their interviews and came to the company because they care about people and want to make a difference, but it's not most of them.

Pros

At times exciting, nice coworkers. Benefits are good too. Company is in growth mode while may others are not.

Cons

Favoritism / Nepotism is alive and well here. Friends of the owners are hired into high up positions even if someone in the company has more years of experience or skill. There is a bit of a cult of personality going on with the owners who these days aren't even arouond much anymore.
