Pros

Detailed onboarding plan. Goals for position are transparent. Team is very helpful and informative. Management is available and supportive.

Cons

Onboarding is mostly self-guided. If you are comfortable with that, it's great. If you have a hard time being proactive, it could be to your detriment.

Toxic work environment with lots of favoritism. Aggressive leadership that handles situations very unprofessionally (swearing and name-calling at workers), Leadership being impatient with new-hires. Long hours with some mandatory overtime.

Pros

Some great people there. Great products.

Cons

Actions differ from stated company values. Transparency is lacking. Let's long-term employees go too close to retirement. Smaller business with corporate business problems.
