Pros

The owners seem to care deeply for their employees, communities and doing what's right, not easy. Amy's is dedicated to being ecologically sustainable through its business practices and provides opportunity for employees to engage in volunteer activities as well. The other employees and management are great to work with and Amy's has provided many people opportunities for personal growth. This company will only grow in the future.

Cons

Must be flexible to deal with change and growth, which could also be looked at as a Pro for the right person!

The company is extremely collaborative, and you can tell they care about their employees and the community around them. Praise is given to the employees on a regular basis, and it really makes you feel wanted and appreciated. This is an amazing company to work for.

Cons

Sometimes decisions are made slower than they could be, but that is also how things are done in a collaborative company.
