Pros

Great people, wonderful benefits including the health center that is above and beyond better than any Dr I have been to in years. I feel empowered and comfortable to be honest and give input. The food is very good, we get a great discount. There are many jobs available, room for advancement.

Cons

Forecasts are often wrong causing many issues. There is some cultural issues that could be addressed. The recipes are often so complicated it seems hard to be successful to produce with a profit.
