      - Pay is not competitive, salaries are below average - Management is not synchronized with the current state of the organization - LTC and Maxim integration has brought a lot of challenges and dissatisfaction - Management are not trained to deal with and to support the development of its engineers, there are task managers and people managers, they are not the same…. - The performance and recognition strategy is absolutely ridiculous, make sure you discuss this with your manager if you end up at ADI, despite them trying to say that it changed, maybe it will be there one day…
