      Pros

      Good benefits, work life balance, nice company 401k autocontribution. Interesting products

      Cons

      Really poor compensation compared to the going market rate. They throw these bonuses at you like a carrot on a stick but the goal posts are always moving and base compensation is lack luster. No opportunity for growth long term They try to promote diversity and inclusion but it's a pipe dream. They give us Juneteenth off but not MLK (MAKES NO SENSE)

      Pros

      Exceptional work life balance, talented and smart coworkers and leaders, exciting projects and cutting edge technology. Has a "small company" vibe within business units despite being very large now.

      Cons

      More frequent layoffs, terrible communication from senior management, and gradual decline in the items listed in "pros" category. Also very "slow" to adapt to changes, and managements appears unwilling to resource projects adequately.
