      Engineers are clever, engineering level is high. As well, they are friendly, good in terms of personality. Good opportunity to use English and increase English skill.

      Cons

      Slow decision speed. Recent frequent laying off.

      Pros

      Great benefits and work/life balance. I learned many things over the years working there across several different roles. In general, as an engineer, I felt well taken care of and was a happy employee.

      Cons

      Salary was on the lower side of industry. Often slow moving due to typical big company issues. The company also struggled a little with resourcing business opportunities outside of the comfort zone of high margin industrial-type segments.

      Pros

      Its a very good company to work. Lots of opportunity for growth and pay scale is pretty decent. There are lots of smart engineers work for this company and if you are willing to learn and mover further you can do without much hassle.

      Cons

      Upper management sometimes is unaware of the amount of good work done at lower level.
