      1. Very good resources for design engineers (CAD, computers, IT, HR) 2. Lots of nice and very experienced engineers to learn from. 3. Good work/life balance. 4. Interesting Projects.

      Cons

      1. Compensation can be on the lower side. 2. The pace can feel slow, and the office quiet sometimes. 3. HR & higher powers can feel sometimes out of touch.
