      From VP to HR none of them had a clue!

      Pros

      Loved the people and liked the work a lot.

      Cons

      VP hired all his friends and nobody outside the clic was ever good enough. Rest of team worked hard at trying to release products but the clic was in control.

      Pros

      The only pro is work-life balance as there is very little work to do. Goof engineering talent.

      Cons

      In competent management, no new ideas. Most people have been there for too long and don;t do any work. Everyone acts busy but there are no results to show for it. Incompetent management at the top and middle manager level. Very unprofessional and exploitative. For those on H1B they will not file greencard till the fifth year. Corporate immigration is horrible and does everything to stall an employees career progress. Very difficult to change groups and roles within the company. Low pay and they can get away with it because they are located in the Greater Boston area where there are no other companies. Poor sales and marketing organizations. DO NOT WORK HERE IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN ACCOMPLISHING ANYTHING IN YOUR CAREER.
