Good for junior recent graduate students to get their resume industrialized.
Cons
1. Take a careful look at all reviews here in Glassdoor and consider them seriously before joining a company that has an employee quit his/her job every month. 2. No ethical codes exist in this company! Managers are only expecting all employees to work extra hours and no benefits for all these extra hours. 3. Very low salary and benefits compared to the same tier of companies (for the amount of expected work load). 4. VPs of Photonics and System teams are both following the orders of the CEO in order to gain more benefits for themselves out of engineers' hard work. 5. CEO of the company always put his feet on the desk, showing his insecurity and lack of confidence!!! It shows the lack of understanding the basics of civilized lifestyle. 6. Do not join this company unless you want and unbalanced work-life, headache, stomach pain, always being under the stress of deadlines (which never ends).
